Dedication

I dedicate this post to my dear life long friend Jennifer, who informed me that my blog was too boring and my posts too lengthy. (This post may be boring, but it’s definitely not lengthy).

And to all of my synchronized swimming friends (the 3 of you that read this)… through all of the years of long hours of practice, various lifts and awkward positions, at least we never had to endure THIS type of pain.

OUCH!!!

Jamie! I love your blog--and just about died when I saw that horrible photo! You're right, thank GOD we never had to do something like that! Ah! I hope you are well....love to you, dear friend!

Thank you for the dedication, I am truly honored. Even if you made me sound mean. Do you even have synchro pictures, I may have discarded all of them during my synchro separation period. Part of the recovery program, you see.

Meg,
How are you??? It's been too long! I am glad to hear that you are doing well! Congrats on getting married (even though I know it's been a while). Love to you too!

Jennifer,
You knew that I had to say something! You know I love you, hence the life long friend comment. I still have Synchro pics, my withdrawl came from the lack of desire to workout! A lose - lose situation for me.

Jaime,

Hi this is Jessie(Coffman)Cooper. I just found your blog and was so happy to read about your life! Wow! I am so glad we never had to do any lifts like that! Let me know if you come to Walnut Creek, I would love to catch up with you!

Ha ha ha---Jamie and Jennifer, I love both of your comments. I think you both should come back to the 'Creek so we can have a big Aquanut reunion! What do you think?

Jessie,

So great to hear from you! I just checked out your blog... three kids and Stacey is married, all of a sudden I feel so old! What a cute family you have! I'm so glad you posted it's fun to see where everyone has gone!

Meg,
Oh how I miss the Wynstra twins. Please say hi to Beth. I think an Aquanut reunion is definitely in order!

Jamie! LOVE IT! You were always the one on top of the lifts. Thank god we never tried that one for you. Our magazine is featuring the aquanuts on their cover this month. I'll send you a copy.
